Fjeld Campaign Announces New TV Ad

Press Release

Date: Oct. 13, 2014

Democratic Congressional candidate Laura Fjeld went on the air Monday October 13, with a major broadcast buy. The Fjeld campaign's ad introduces Laura to voters as a working mom who will focus on education to create the jobs of the future. The ad contrasts this vision with Mark Walker's extreme policies such as going to war with Mexico, eliminating a woman's right to choose, even in cases of rape, incest, or when her life is in danger, and banning common forms of birth control.

Fjeld said, "This election offers a clear choice between a common-sense reformer who will focus on education, and an extreme tea party candidate who will eliminate a woman's right to choose even in the most dire of circumstance, and would even ban common forms of birth control."

Fjeld is the daughter of two public school teachers, and has made education a priority in her run for Congress. Fjeld's campaign continues to gain momentum, as the Realtors supported Laura this weekend, making them the second group that had previously endorsed a Republican candidate in the primary to spurn Mark Walker and back Laura Fjeld's campaign.
